Cut-The-Crap guarantees the quality and professionalism of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. All terms are subject to change.
Service availability may change. Customers must inform Cut-The-Crap of changes in the number of dogs, service frequency, and any issues with required items. The customer is responsible for notifying us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Pricing is based on your location and may change. By starting services, you authorize us to charge your card according to your selected frequency and number of dogs. Payment information must be provided before the first service, and subsequent payments are due after each service. Services may be halted for non-payment.
During extreme weather, services may be postponed or canceled, and customers will be notified accordingly.
If our technician cannot access your yard due to an aggressive animal, services will be postponed, and a trip fee may apply. Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior and must maintain accurate vaccination records.
If access is denied due to a locked gate, services will be postponed, and a trip fee may apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, and any invalid provisions will not affect the remaining terms. This document constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
We may modify these Terms at any time, with significant changes announced at least one day in advance.
